1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders include FREE worldwide shipping from Japan. Every item is carefully packed and shipped with tracking so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery. There are no minimum order requirements – every single purchase ships free, regardless of destination.

2. How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 7–21 days after dispatch, depending on your country and local postal services. Destinations in Asia and Oceania tend to be faster; Europe and the Americas typically fall in the 10–21 day range. High-traffic seasons or customs checks may add a few extra days. Tracking is provided for all shipments.

3. What does CIB mean?

CIB stands for Complete in Box. This means the original box, manual, and any standard inserts or pack-ins for that specific release are all included – unless clearly noted otherwise in the listing or photos. We describe exactly what is present in every CIB listing so there are no surprises.

4. Are your items authentic?

Yes. All items are sourced directly in Japan and checked for authenticity. We are collectors ourselves and have zero tolerance for reproductions, bootlegs, or fakes. Every item sold is an original Japanese release. If an item were ever a reproduction or fan-made piece, this would be clearly stated in the listing title and description.

5. What is your return policy?

If an item arrives not as described or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to find a fair resolution, whether that is a return, refund, or replacement. Items must be returned in the condition received. Change-of-mind returns are assessed case by case – please message us before purchasing if you have any doubts about a specific item.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and any other payment methods available at checkout on our Shopify store. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are listed in your selected currency where possible.

7. Will these games work in my country?

All items in our store are NTSC-J (Japanese region) releases, designed for Japanese hardware. To play them, you will need a Japanese console, a region-free console, or a system that has been modified to play Japanese software. Many collectors purchase these for display purposes, in which case region compatibility is not a concern. If you are unsure whether a specific title will work on your setup, feel free to ask before purchasing.

8. Who pays customs duties and import taxes?

Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are entirely outside our control. We recommend checking your local import regulations before purchasing if you are concerned about additional fees.

9. What condition are your items in?

We grade every item honestly, as collectors ourselves. Listings clearly state whether an item is Sealed, CIB (Complete in Box), Excellent, or another condition, and multiple photos – including close-ups of any notable wear – are provided for every listing. If you would like additional photos or have specific questions about condition, please contact us before purchasing.
