RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Japantiquity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN
We accept returns for:
• Unopened, sealed games in their original condition
• Items that arrive damaged during shipping (with photographic evidence)
• Items that significantly differ from the description

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the vintage and collectible nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
• Opened games or items with broken seals
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling
• Items purchased "as-is" or with known defects clearly described in the listing
• Change of mind purchases

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was incorrectly described. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please note that international returns may be subject to customs fees and longer processing times.
