At Japantiquity, we ship authentic Japanese retro games and collectibles worldwide from Sado Island, Japan.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We ship to most countries worldwide. All items are shipped from Japan.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom orders or wishlist items may require additional time.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

DOMESTIC (JAPAN):
• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Express: 1-2 business days

INTERNATIONAL:
• Asia: 7-14 business days
• North America: 10-20 business days
• Europe: 12-25 business days
• Australia/Oceania: 10-18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided for all orders once shipped. You will receive an email with tracking details.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
IMPORTANT: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office.

All items are properly declared with accurate values and HS codes (9504.50 for video games) to facilitate customs clearance.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at willoughby.sado@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
