Welcome to Japantiquity. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS
We specialize in authentic Japanese retro games and collectibles. All items are sourced from Japan and described as accurately as possible. Due to the vintage nature of our products:
• Minor wear is normal and expected
• We photograph actual items when possible
• Condition is described honestly (CIB, loose, tested, etc.)
• Japanese language products may not include English documentation

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY). Payment must be received before items are shipped. We accept major credit cards via Shopify Payments and PayPal.

4. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY
We guarantee all items sold are authentic. We do not sell reproduction or counterfeit products.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Japantiquity is not responsible for:
• Customs delays or fees
• Lost packages after they leave Japan (insurance recommended)
• Compatibility issues with non-Japanese hardware
• Minor cosmetic wear consistent with vintage items

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All product photos, descriptions, and website content are property of Japantiquity unless otherwise stated. Game titles and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. PRIVACY
We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only for order fulfillment and communication. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be resolved in Japanese courts.
