PC Engine · HuCard · NTSC-J (Japan) · Victor Musical Industries · 1990
Demons, weapon-swinging combat and perilous platforms give Tiger Road its lively martial-arts adventure feel. This Japanese PC Engine adaptation of Capcom’s arcade game brings redesigned stages and a more cartoon-like hero to the compact HuCard format.
Why collectors want this: More than an arcade conversion, Tora e no Michi offers a distinct home-console interpretation worth exploring alongside the original. Its combination of Capcom arcade roots and Victor’s 1990 PC Engine release makes it a characterful addition to a Japanese action-game collection.
